Draw a model - comparison


Sheila and Muthu have 80 marbles altogether.
Sheila and Alice have 50 marbles altogether.
Muthu has 4 times as many marbles than Alice.
How many marbles does Sheila have?

    Jerry has 8 times as much money as Tom.
    How much does Tom and Jerry have altogether?

      7 units--> 49
      1 unit --> 49 / 7 Ans: Tom and Jerry have $63 altogether. Am I correct? Lol. ^_^
      = 7
      Tom---> $7
      Tom & Jerry --> 9 units
      9 units ---> 9 x 7
      =63

    =30
    1u->30/3
